Interview on the creation of AXELLEGAL for the Yuridicheskaya Praktika publication
A new brand and experienced professionals - this is what AXELLEGAL is all about. We have gathered the best specialists and a full range of business protection services. From intellectual and labor law to protection in cases of search, legal due diligence and employee training. Read about this and our philosophy in the interview with Dmytro Syryko and Oleksandr Kurzin for the Yuridicheskaya Praktika publication.
In particular, in an interview, Dmytro Syryko told us what the work of a lawyer means to us and about the approaches of the association:
When you choose the profession of a lawyer, you must be prepared to work overtime, at night, in uncomfortable conditions - wherever your client needs your professional help. And if it's a road in the middle of a field, it's raining and it's well past midnight, then that's where you should be and help the client resolve their issue.
But our competitive advantage is the quick search for solutions for clients. We have minimized internal approvals and developed algorithms for dealing with different situations in such a way that we can give the client some kind of initial consultation in the shortest possible time (no more than two hours). So that the client already knows what to do and what the first steps are.
Dmytro Sirko
Oleksandr Kurzin added about the main areas of work:
We have four main practices for our clients. In addition to business protection, these include business support, family law and intellectual property law.
Globally, all this can be called business protection, because businessmen mostly come to us with family issues, and it is with the question of the consequences for business, for example, divorce or inheritance.
Supporting the company's day-to-day operations is also a matter of protection, as it is actually about preventive measures, such as checking the counterparty, its solvency, fictitiousness, good faith, etc.We develop both internal documentation and draft basic agreements for our clients that they can use in their current activities. Sometimes we replace in-house businesses.
And, of course, protecting the intellectual property rights of businesses and inventors is a must in the modern world. Therefore, if you provide legal assistance to businesses and do not cover intellectual property issues, the scope of support will not be complete.
Therefore, when we talk about the practice of business protection within a company, we are talking about protection against criminal risks. And when we talk about business protection as our core specialization, we mean the broadest possible understanding of this term.
