For several years now, Ukraine has been operating Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System (UJITS), better known as "Electronic Court".   1. Obtain a qualified electronic signature (QES)

    • For a company director or an authorized person.

    • Issued by accredited centers (e.g., banks or tax authorities).

  2. Go to the website of the Electronic Court

  3. Create an electronic cabinet

    • Authorization is carried out through the QES.

    • The profile contains company details (EDRPOU, address, contacts).

  4. Appoint responsible persons

    • You can add representatives (attorneys, company lawyers) who will have access to cases on behalf of the company.

  5. Check the correctness of the data

    • All details will be automatically displayed in court documents, so it is important to enter them without errors.

Many courts allow remote participation in hearings through the EasyCon system or other integrated services.

All procedural documents are stored electronically, which simplifies control and internal accounting in the company.
