One of the important tools to stimulate employment is <strong data-start=\"322\" data-end=\"405\">providing compensation to employers for hiring registered unemployed persons<\/strong>. This program helps to reduce unemployment, increase social responsibility of business and develop regional economies.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"543\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"576\"><strong data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"576\">Legal and regulatory framework<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"621\">A mechanism for providing compensation is provided:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"957\">\n<li data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"673\">\n<p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"673\"><strong data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"670\">The Law of Ukraine \"On Employment of the Population\"<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"851\">\n<p data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"851\"><strong data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"741\">By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 347 of June 21, 2022.<\/strong> \"On Providing Employers with Compensation of the Single Contribution to the Compulsory State Social Insurance\";<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"957\">\n<p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"957\">other regulations governing the employment of persons registered as unemployed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1055\">These rules set out the criteria, conditions, amounts and procedure for obtaining compensation by employers.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1060\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1094\"><strong data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1094\">The essence of state support<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1303\">The state compensates employers for part of the costs associated with hiring registered unemployed persons. Depending on the category of employee and the terms of employment, compensation may be provided in the form of<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1498\">\n<li data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1376\">\n<p data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1376\"><strong data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1356\">Reimbursement of the unified social tax (UST)<\/strong> for a certain period;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1444\">\n<p data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1444\"><strong data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1417\">compensation for labor costs<\/strong> (in whole or in part);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1498\">\n<p data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1498\"><strong data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1495\">financing the creation of a new job<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1704\">The main goal is to motivate businesses to hire people who have difficulty finding employment, including young people, people of pre-retirement age, people with disabilities, veterans, internally displaced persons (IDPs), etc.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1709\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1747\"><strong data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1747\">Who is entitled to compensation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1808\">The right to receive compensation is granted to <strong data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1800\">employers<\/strong>, which:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"2123\">\n<li data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1927\">\n<p data-start=\"1812\" data-end=\"1927\"><strong data-start=\"1812\" data-end=\"1842\">created a new workplace<\/strong> and employed a registered unemployed person at the direction of the employment service;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1928\" data-end=\"2037\">\n<p data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2037\"><strong data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"1985\">Provided the employee with official employment<\/strong> under an employment contract for at least 12 months;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2123\">\n<p data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2123\"><strong data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2079\">pay taxes and contributions on time<\/strong> and have no debts to the budget.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2232\">Additional incentives are provided for companies that employ socially vulnerable categories of citizens.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2237\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2239\" data-end=\"2275\"><strong data-start=\"2243\" data-end=\"2275\">Amount and terms of compensation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2344\">According to current regulations, the state can compensate:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2775\">\n<li data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2480\">\n<p data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2480\"><strong data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2381\">single social contribution (SSC)<\/strong> - in the amount of <strong data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2446\">100% from the accrued contribution within 12 months<\/strong> for each person employed;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2641\">\n<p data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2641\"><strong data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2524\">part of the unemployed person's salary<\/strong> - in the amount of up to <strong data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2568\">two minimum wages<\/strong> per month for <strong data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2601\">6 months<\/strong> (within available budgetary resources);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2775\">\n<p data-start=\"2644\" data-end=\"2775\"><strong data-start=\"2644\" data-end=\"2690\">costs of creating a new job<\/strong> -
