Our services for the protection of military personnel
Military personnel and veterans are entitled to full social and legal protection. However, in practice, many face unlawful restrictions on pensions, denials of payments, problems with the military vetting board and complex bureaucratic procedures. Our team provides professional legal support in cases related to the protection of the rights of military personnel and veterans.
We help to challenge restrictions on the maximum amount of military pensions, represent clients in disputes with the Pension Fund of Ukraine and seek a fair recalculation of payments. We also provide legal support in obtaining one-time financial assistance (OFA) in cases of injury, disability or partial disability, when state authorities delay or unreasonably refuse to pay.
A separate area is appealing against the conclusions of the SLC and legal support for the assessment of daily functioning. We analyze documents, prepare a legal position and protect the client's interests at all stages of the procedure.
